The RALS Unit, Remote Area Lighting System, is great for emergency situations as well as industrial applications. You can set it up in minutes without having to wait for a generator or having to shine your headlights on the scene to have lighting. Police use it for DUI Check Points, Crime Scenes, Rescue sites, tactical command situations and accidents where there is no lighting. HVAC Contractors love it for attic lighting while working on A/C systems; Golf Courses for night work on sprinkler problems; Campers and RV people for lighting at remote camping sites. The applications are endless where you want a quick effective lighting solution. Recharges off 110V, including power inverters, in six hours and can be charged while using the light.

I was on the internet and found an Ultra Lite Travel trailer call the “Tab” and it’s at www.tab-rv.com. It’s an updated version of the old “Tear Drop” travel trailer that is so cool. At any rate the first thing I thought of was that any camper could use the Pelican 945 Remote Lighting System while they were setting up camp. I remember going to Twin Lakes, up at Mammoth, with my folks when I was a kid and it seemed like we always got there at dark. With the 9450 we would have 9 hours of bright light to get organized rather than the old way of firing up a Coleman Lantern. The applications are endless, which ones can you think of?
