It’s used in the production of Tequila, as sugar substitutes and ethanol.

Dave was talking about the Agave plant for fuel in his post. Great article Amanda. Thanks for sharing.

It still seems to me that with all these great minds coming up with so many alternative solutions that we should have more alternative fuel options by now. Our dependency on oil feels more and more like a forced dependency than a reality.
