After we woke up at the Baker, Id Truck Spot and finished our morning routines, we sought out, and found a very nice spot to picnic before we hit the road. We lunched on quesadillias cooked right in the park with some military packets of compressed fuel. Truly delicious.

While dining, we happened across a couple of fellows who were in the midst of a great journey. They are attempting, and so far succeeding at riding their bicycles from San Fransisco to New York. Unfortunatly, at the moment we caught up with them they were having problems with one of the bikes and seemed to be in the midst of a very personal and heated argument so we were unable to get a proper account of their mission and snapped photos on the sly instead of the preferred pose and shoot method. There is one of half of the pair gliding past the bus and another from quite a distance away of the two decamping for the day.
