In my experiences, and the stories of others, in the work force I have seen and heard many occasions where companies train too little or even too much. The worst is my personal experience at retail outlets where either the too little or too much training scenario is at play.

This slide show examines training methods and how to measure the return on investment for that employee/staff training.
