Many happy welcomes Roger

I was pleased that you found something useful in my review of your coal mining sites. And again thank you for the kind words regarding my reviews at iwebtool.

While I want to participate and help folks out, I really went there as I was under the impression that it was a useful resource for web development and primarily web marketing. But more and more it just looks like people are there spamming to get links for their sites. There are a handful of legitimate people there, but when it comes to SEO and web marketing I have gotten so much more out of Google Groups webmaster help.

Anyway, I am really glad you came by CoTradeCo.

I would encourage you to also post some promotions/advertisements in the community blogs under shameless promotions for your families Auto Parts and Heating/Cooling/Plumbing business. Make them like a one page version of your site, feel free to upload a picture (especially the cool ad under “specials”).

And on that note, I didn’t realize you were the person who posted the request to review the plumbing site. Once I saw that, I actually got nervous, wondering if I had posted anything unfriendly :)

Seriously though, I remember some people had said some things about that site that I thought were unreasonable. And to tell the truth, the thing that really sealed the deal on that site, was the specials page. Once I saw that ad on the site along with the presentation, design, and content of the site I felt immediately ready to hire their services. Unfortunately I am thousands of miles away, but I do need a plumber.

Though my whole philosophy of small, local, and honest doesn’t always work. I once hired a plumber on that criteria, plus they were employee owned. But they “employee/owner” they sent out, did a half assed job, and then attempted to have me pay him by check directly instead of to the company, which shocked and confused me. If you are an employee owned company wouldn’t you want to make sure everyone got paid equally and fairly? Who knows maybe he was just trying to get out of declaring it as taxable income, but between the workmanship and the strange payment arrangement request I was extremelly displeased.

At any rate. Enough rambling. If there is anything else I can help with, including answering specific questions on how to solve certain browser or development issues feel free to post them here at CoTradeCo. (We can use all the support we can get getting these communities active. We have been so focused on getting the “sales” portion of the site and business growing that the communities have unfortunately been neglected in their growth and promotion).

Thanks again. I hope you are finding your day well.

Thank you Zoe for the wonderful welcome!

Again I appreciate all your help you given me on the review of my web site.I have implemented some of the suggestions and still working on the others. I must say I am impressed with your expertise in web design.I also find cotradeco.com to be a very professional designed site.

I agree with you on iwebtool, lots of spamming and just a few who have the knowledge to give a decent critique.I have totally lost interest there.

I will visit the shameless promotions and maybe post for my families businesses.I am looking forward to participate at CoTradeCo.
