High school degree and College Logic course needed to cross street

Sheesh! This crosswalk instruction sign covers it all. I found this amusing and thought I would share it. Though I couldn’t help but notice that the instructions are not in braille! And what about those places where a recorded voice tells you when it is okay to walk? Will it read them the instructions. In fact the sign could intelligently sense if someone is milling about on the corner and automatically turn the walk lights on. That idea is free for all the city planning folks and street maintenance agencies that could use it.
