MARQUETTE -4 and TEXAS SAN ANTONIO +3 were my two plays i almost made as premium selections for day action.

I didn’t play either, but if you really need the daytime action, i would play TEXAS SAN ANTONIO.

Bob – what I first saw that jumped out at me:

Oakland A’s under 79.5 wins. Oakland is in a division where the other 3 teams are basically a pick to win the divison. There is NO way Oakland gets to 80 wins in this division. I just can’t see it. They are a lesser team than Texas, Seattle and LAA. Love this play so far

Texas Rangers to WIN the AL West – 2/1. Small play here, as I don’t want to “route” for it, but I just think it is their time. Yeah – Seattle took some big steps forward in pitching – but they have NOT corrected their lineup issues or the back of their rotation. As for the Angels – they have an advantage in pitching and coaching, but Godzilla is not the fix they needed. Great young hitters though – so they are a wild card in this division. Without Figgy leading off – it will take them time to get their rhythm.

Last – Tampa Bay Rays UNDER 89.5 wins. No doubt that Tampa has built a solid team. But in this division, I think they finish 3rd at somewhere around 86 wins.

None of these are plays for me yet – although the Oakland play I like a lot. Will revisit this in a few days

god i wish robert morris was getting another point at Quinnipiac…one thing i dont udnerstand is that all Qu games have gone over 150 in the tourny…they played robert morris and the score was 87 to 79 Qu and line opened at 138 and now at 140 but still seems too low to me
