It is friday – right? NMST couldn’t hold onto the cover, so we ended up 1-2 on the day. Been a rough stretch, but it is gonna turn here pretty quick. Good call by Nick Thursday with Richmond. Maybe some MMA will help on Saturday. Good luck, and see ya in the AM
well i got the lovely…school then work tandem today BUT call me a sucker loyola-md just beat manhattan by 12 at home as 4 point faves…so tonight what does the line open up at -2?...yea call me a sucker alright im taking loyola-md but i think vegas exepcts an outright from manhattan
2 games in the NBA that really caught my attn:
Bucks -4.5
This line stuck out because they 2 are playing the 2H of the home/home where the 1st one was played on Wed in Milwaukee. The Bucks cashed as 11 pts faves (line closed at -10.5). But interestlingly, this line is not adjusted for quote on quote “revenge factor” for the Wiz. Seems like the teams that loses (especially) on the road would get some love on the line at home?? Line to me, calls for another Bucks DD victory. Could be a trap but look at these trends (HARD AS SHIT TO IGNORE):
Bucks are:
13-3 ats as a fave of 4.5 or less
10-0 su/ats last 10 rd gms vs team off a loss
11-1 ats last 12 away from the Bradley Center
4-0 su/ats as a rd fave this year
Throw in the fact that the Wiz after a nice little ats “run” have not covered 3 of their last 4 and seems like the team is running low on fumes.
Call me crazy but this one screams Bucks blowout!!
Hawks -13
Yeah the Hawks just got beat by the Warriors the other night. Hawks blew a 20 pt 3rd qtr lead to lose outright. I think Atl takes some frustration out on the Warriors tonight!! One thing I like is that the Hawks are cleaning up the boards hard and I can’t see this Warrior team being able to compete for 4 qtrs. Hawks have won 5 of 6 (loss OT to Dallas) and I got that feeling they flex that muscle and win going away!! I’m thinking this could be a 119-96 type game!!!
Well – what Vegas expects and what has happened lately are two different things for the most part. Hopefully that starts to change today
I agree JZ on the Heat. I sure didn’t see that kind of scoring coming

(813) ORLANDO vs. (814) NEW JERSEY

TOWSON +2 Nc Wilmington (1 UNIT)....This game starts in 90 minutes. I like it a great deal.
I follow this Wilmington team quite closely, and i’ve used them a few times as a pro with sucess, notably against Virginia. I bring this up because this team is merely a shell of what it was earlier this season. They’ve lost their head coach, and two of their very best players are either playing hurt or out all together. Disfunction is clearly the right word to use when describing this team. If they were healthy, they could make a bit of noise in the conference tournament. Instead, just the opposite is going to happen.
Speaking of opposite, Towson is on the other side of the spectrum. This team has gotten better as the season has progressed, to the point they are now playing their best basketball of the entire season. They enter this tournament with confidence, as they made a bit of a run in last year’s edition. They have a good coach that has a pretty well disciplined and balanced team.
This line is going the other way, and for good reason. Towson is flying under the radar, and they will beat the Seahawks today. I’m backing the better team in better form today, that’s also the listed underdog. I’m backing TOWSON +2 for 1 UNIT as a PREMIUM PLAY!
GL on the Townson play gang!! Fuckn meeting so I didn’t get a chance to call it in. My online acct is blocked from work and never got a chance to call the local!! Damn lol
