Our first game seemed like a breeze from the start. With Pitt having a let down after pulling the miracle against Cuse, WV walked all over them, and finished up double digits as we mentioned in our write-up.

The second game was not so easy. Although Gonzaga came out firing on all cylinders, Santa Clara looked like the Pepperdine Waves with their start last night… Previously, these two had hit the over in 10 of thier last 11 games, and we had banked on this being no different. But with Santa Clara putting up an “ofer” in the first 7 or 8 minutes, it was not looking good. Fortunately, they both blew it up in the second half (mainly Gonzaga knocking down threes left and right), and we hit the mark with a few minutes to go, ending the day 2 and 0 in College!
