We have made some major changes to our mail server in the past week as a response to fighting spam and some technical difficulties with mail in general.
If you attempted to send an email to anyone at CoTradeCo this week and have not heard back within 24 hours, please resend your message.
It is vital to us that we offer the best possible service to both our trading post customers and our community members. We would never ignore your requests, and appreciate your understanding and patience if your email was lost during the recent changes.
To the best of our knowledge no email message has been missed or lost, but I wanted to let everybody know that it was possible this week.
