Off highway 25 in rural Iowa there was apparently a rock to the side of the road that was constantly covered in graffiti. People would paint over it and remove the graffiti, but that would just start the whole cycle all over again.
Well a fellow named Ray brought his artistic talents to bear and converted the rock into a military war memorial, and according to the site, the rock has been left alone since.
See all the rock veteran war memorial from all sides . Truly amazing work. Thank you.
When I was still out in the corporate world one of the offices I visited was in Winlock Washington, a small town yes, and Egg Capital. They have a large egg that stands proud, right outside of the office I used to visit, and it is a tribue since September 11th.
